Please join us to hear presenters share coop planning from A to Z.  Continuity of Operations, is vital in any office but can be daunting. We'll cover creating, testing, implementation and maintaining in all of the various sitautions a DRS office may encounter. We will also share plans from our counties.  (This will likely be focused towarad Directors, Deputies, managers and Pacses admin but all are welcome !)

Learn about the new telephone and document translation services partner Ad Astra and how to utilize the services they offer to serve your clients language translation needs in the IV-D office. We will walk through the process of determining the client’s spoken and written languages and of using the invaluable services Ad Astra provides. We will cover best practices for scheduled events and how to request document translation and authentication when needed. We will also cover the AOPC language access policy and how to work with your county’s language access coordinator to assure that a court certified translator is available for Domestic Relations hearings with judges and hearing officers.

With the recent 2026 updates to the Support Guidelines, child support workers are facing new challenges in defining "reasonable" extracurricular costs. When does a soccer fee become an "extraordinary expense"? This workshop features a panel of veteran staff from neighboring Domestic Relations Sections to discuss how they are interpreting the new guidelines and streamlining the submission process.

This session offers practical strategies for proactive enforcement, including how to master post-call follow-ups and expedite wage attachments.
