In this session, we will discuss recent appellate decisions from around the country related to the UniformInterstate Family Support Act (UIFSA) and the Full Faith and Credit for Child Support Orders Act (FFCCSOA).We will focus on cases where one tribunal is enforcing or modifying another tribunal's order. We will also reviewany case that has broad application across the IV-D program and review new or pending legislation to highlightnational trends.
